2022 Fall and Holiday Events

GIVE! is focused on the needs of women, children and the elderly in the Chagrin Valley Community and surrounding areas. In addition, GIVE! provides volunteer support for some Jaycees events, as their “sister” organization. We will be constantly updating this page with more volunteer opportunities as they come!

November

Tuesday, November 1^st – Early December – GIVE! Santa Letters
Where: Volunteers’ Home
Volunteer Support Needed: Assist the Committee Chair in reviewing each family’s request for a Santa letter, write letters to children, address letters, and mail letters.

Saturday, November 12^th – Jaycees Lighting Luncheon
Rain Date: 11/19^th
Where: TBD
Volunteer Support Needed: Securing donations for the luncheon and helping during set up/ clean up.

Saturday, December 10^th and December, 17^th – Deck the Falls
Where: Triangle Park
Volunteer Support Needed: Setup, hosting event, scavenger hunt crew, cleanup, and spread holiday cheer!

Friday, September 16^th – Don Lawrence Memorial Golf Outing (Jaycees Event)
Where: Tanglewood National Golf Club
Volunteer Support Needed: Assist at the check-in / registration table

Sunday, October 2^nd – 2022 Chagrin Valley Trike & Bike
Where: Chagrin Falls Fire Station
Volunteer Support Needed: Facilitate the course, get participants organized, and help children get safely around the course!

Saturday, October 22^nd – Oktubafest (Jaycees Event)
Where: Triangle Park
Volunteer Support Needed: Set up and clean up, scarecrow clothing donations, and manning the Temporary Tattoo Table
